Friday, February 13 – Arrival Day & Welcome Party

  • Morning/Afternoon

    • Depart Phoenix (PHX) for New Orleans (MSY).

    • Check into your French Quarter hotel.

    • Unpack, freshen up, and get ready for the first night of festivities.

  • Evening

    • Champagne Toast & Introduction – 7:00 PM

      • Location: Withheld

      • Meet in Lobby: 6:40 PM to walk with guides OR walk on your own using venue details in Event Info Page.

    • Welcome Cocktail Party – 7:15 PM – 9:15 PM

      • Immediately following Champagne Toast.

      • Cocktails, appetizers, and mingling to kick off the celebration.

Saturday, February 14 – Bourbon Street Balcony Party

  • Morning

    • Leisure time to explore the French Quarter, shop, or grab beignets at Café du Monde.

  • Late Morning to Afternoon

    • Bourbon Street Balcony Party – 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

      • Location: Withheld

      • Meet in Lobby: 10:40 AM to walk with guides OR walk on your own using venue details in Daily Planner Page.

      • Enjoy prime parade views, open bar, Cajun buffet, music, and bead throwing.

  • Evening

    • Free time for dinner, live music, and exploring.

Sunday, February 15 – Swamp Tour Adventure

  • Morning/Afternoon

    • Swamp Tour Day Trip – Two time options:

      • 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Meet at 9:15 AM)

      • 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Meet at 11:15 AM)

      • Meet at designated pick-up location to board motorcoach buses.

      • Explore Louisiana’s bayous, wildlife, and Cajun culture.

  • Evening

    • Optional: Attend another parade, join a jazz club, or enjoy New Orleans nightlife.

Monday, February 16 – “Super Krewe” Parade Night

  • Daytime

    • Relax, shop, or visit Mardi Gras World to see floats in progress.

  • Evening

    • Proteus & Orpheus Parades – 5:15 PM – ~11:00 PM

      • Location: Withheld

      • Schedule:

        1. Proteus Parade rolls first.

        2. Brief intermission.

        3. Orpheus “Super Krewe” Parade rolls last.

Tuesday, February 17 – Fat Tuesday

    • Watch parades like Zulu and Rex, enjoy Second Lines, street performers, and beads galore.

    • 4-Night Guests: Depart New Orleans with safe travels.

    • 5-Night Guests: Keep celebrating into the night.

Wednesday, February 18 – Departure Day

    • Breakfast and last stroll through the French Quarter.

  • Afternoon

    • Check out and depart New Orleans for return flight to Phoenix.

To officially reserve your place, we’re requesting a $500 deposit per person. This deposit confirms your attendance and secures your access to all the exclusive Mardi Gras events on our itinerary.

Your deposit is due by June 1st to secure your spot and lock in current pricing. Delayed deposits may result in price changes or loss of availability.

No. Deposits are non-refundable because they are used to secure accommodations, lock in rates, and cover planning services.

Do shared rooms reduce my cost?


Not always. Each traveler must pay resort fees and taxes individually. If you're in a room with more than two people, cost adjustments will be made before booking.

Can prices change after I sign up?


Yes. Until your deposit is received, prices can fluctuate based on availability and vendor pricing. Submitting your deposit early helps lock in your rate.

Can I make changes to my payment plan?


Yes—if you need to adjust your payment schedule, please reach out before your due date. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What happens if I miss a payment?


Missed payments can result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. If you're having issues, contact us ASAP to avoid disruption.
